We are looking to recruit a new member to join our team as a Respiratory Administrator.
This role will give you the opportunity to provide non-clinical and administrative support to the Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialists.

Main duties of the job
To provide administrative support to the Respiratory Nursing team within this busy department. This varied role offers an interesting mix of duties and therefore the post-holder will need to work independently using their own initiative as well as being an active part of the team.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. GCSE Maths and English level A-C or equivalent
Desirable criteria
2. RSA grade II or equivalent touch typing skills
Experience
Essential criteria
3. Clerical/office administration experience preferably within a health care environment
4. Excellent planning and organisational skills
5. Ability to manage own workload
6. Ability to communicate with multiple practitioners to achieve a suitable outcome for the patient
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Ability to work in a team as well as independently
9. Ability to use own initiative
Desirable criteria
10. Evidence of high-level office administration skills with experience of developing and maintaining robust office procedures
