Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker with adoption expertise to join its client's Adoption Team for an initial 6-month period. This team works closely with the Permanence Team and is driving forward improvements in adoption practice, including how post-adoption support is delivered.
You will work across all elements of adoption services, including:
* Post-adoption support
* Access to records
* Non-agency adoption cases

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
* Deliver high-quality adoption social work services in line with legislation and best practice.
* Provide tailored post-adoption support to families.
* Manage access to records requests and non-agency adoption processes.
* Collaborate with the Permanence Team and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
* Maintain accurate case records and reports to professional standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
* Previous experience in adoption social work
