We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our client in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment and have a thorough understanding of fire safety regulations and best practices. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments for various types of properties.\n- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for improving fire safety.\n- Advise clients on compliance with fire safety legislation and standards.\n- Develop and implement fire safety management plans.\n- Liaise with clients, contractors, and fire authorities as required.\n- Stay updated with current fire safety regulations and industry best practices.\n\nEssential Skills and Qualifications:\n- Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent.\n- Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments.\n- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.\n- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n- Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., IFE, IFSM).\n- Additional fire safety or health and safety qualifications.\n\nSuitable fire risk assessors please apply direct or call James on (phone number removed).\n\nKey words include:\n\n(Fire, Fire Safety, Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Risk Assessor, IFE, IFSM)
