We currently have Social Worker positions available in our Adult Community Team. The team provide longer term support to some of our more vulnerable citizens in our community.
We provide support to a varied citizen group from the Age of 18+ years including younger and older adults with Physical Health, Mental Health, Neuro Diverse conditions and Learning Disabled citizens. This role offers an opportunity to work in a generic team with a diverse range of experience.
The team are one of the most supportive groups of staff you would have the pleasure to work alongside, with a passion for supporting development both internally and supporting learning opportunities for students. Members of the team are always supported to participate in and support learning events both internally and within the third sector. A work life balance is extremely high on our team charter with staff wellbeing being at the forefront of team meetings as well as informally within the office.
