Our school is a ‘We Invest In Wellbeing’ Investors in People Gold Award holder, and is committed to creating a supportive working environment where staff wellbeing and professional development is prioritised. Our family friendly policies include access to flexible working arrangements and opportunities to work from home. The school operates an extensive Professional Learning Programme which is incorporated into the timetable for an additional period per fortnight and which includes all teaching staff and is piloting a work from home approach which allows teaching staff to be off site for approximately 20% of their non contact time. Staff also benefit from access to our on site fitness suite.
Governors and staff have very high expectations of what can be achieved in our school and we want talented individuals to join us to translate these expectations and aspirations into reality.
