Job Specification
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll introduce NFU Mutual's respected brand and sell their product range to a whole host of new and existing customers in the area, offering the first class service our office has become renowned for. With strong telephone skills, you'll relish working to targets and be committed to delivering excellent customer service. You'll proactively gather renewal dates and sell new insurance products to new and existing customers.
Providing exceptional front-office and administrative support, you'll not only handle incoming sales enquiries to make the most of every prospect and promote the organisation at every turn, you'll also possess proactiveness by generating your own prospects, together with handling enquiries and paperwork with a 'can-do' enthusiastic attitude.
You'll have an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do. Above all you'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team.
Personal Specification
We are seeking the following desirable criteria:
· Outbound calling or customer service experience
· Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
· Sales experience
· Good attention to detail
· Computer literate and experience in database navigation
· Confident, self-motivated and commission driven
· Friendly personality and team player
· Knowledge of agriculture
Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths and English.

Salary £23,000 - £25,0000 + Bonus
Monday - Friday 9 to 5 (No weekend work)
