As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include…
• Communicate with customers via telephone, e-mail and other software systems
• Carry out a range of processing tasks and take ownership of customer problems
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange info or resolve enquiries and issues
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with the following skills and experience…
• Some experience in customer service is preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and efficient at managing a busy workload
• Resilient, tenacious, patience, customer focused & cool headed under pressure
• Collaborative mindset, true team member, happy to share ideas and take initiative
• Naturally curious, problem solver, takes ownership and see things through to resolution
