This role requires excellent client-facing skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the work. Package & Benefits * Competitive salary * Overtime opportunities: * After 40 hours at 1.5x rate * Saturday at 1.5x rate * Sunday & Bank Holidays at 2x rate * Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and laptop * Paid travel (door-to-door) * Evening and weekend call-out rota * 23 days holiday paid bank holidays * Strong pension contribution scheme * Christmas bonus * 90% of work within one hour from home Key Responsibilities * Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across the Midlands. * Diagnose and resolve faults, providing clear reporting via electronic worksheets. * Work within a 40-mile radius of our Birmingham office. * Ensure safe working practices in line with health & safety procedures. Candidate Requirements * Fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer with C&G 2079 F-Gas certification. * Experience in service and maintenance. * NVQ / C&G Level 2 in Refrigeration (or equivalent). * Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills. * Excellent communication and client-facing ability. * Full, valid UK driving licence.
