We have just registered a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our successful and growing Client on a temporary basis. The role could potentially lead to a permanent position.
Working as part of a close-knit team you will be ensuring that HR Operations are delivered to a high standard, providing an excellent service to all members of staff.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR Advisor Responsibilities
1. Providing advice and support on employee relations matters
2. Managing the onboarding and leaver process
3. Ensuring that HRIS is up to date, in line with the latest policies and changes
4. Advising on company benefits package
5. Preparing the payroll actions each month and dealing general payroll and pension queries
6. Dealing with recruitment and selection
7. Managing and responding to staff queries
8. Contributing to the revision/maintenance of the Staff Handbook and HR policies in line with legislative changes and best practice
9. Supporting the company’s Learning and Development agenda
10. Supporting the company’s performance management process
11. Supporting the development of the company’s DEI agenda

Temporary HR Advisor Requirements
14. Proven and dedicated HR experience at advisor level
15. CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
16. Extremely well organised and detail -orientated
17. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and organise own time/prioritise
18. Supportive and open to partnering with staff from across the wider business to tackle challenges and find solutions
19. Excellent verbal/written communication
20. Effective project management skills
21. Familiarity with Bamboo HR
22. Strong grasp of employment law and essential employee policies
23. Experience in performance management, DEI and L&D
