The service operates using the <b>Family Safeguarding Model</b>, a multi‑disciplinary approach introduced in 2022 that brings together social workers, domestic abuse practitioners, recovery workers, and mental health specialists to address whole‑family needs effectively.</p><p>The organisation also benefits from a well‑established <b>Social Care & Leadership Academy</b>, which promotes continuous learning, professional development, and manageable caseloads to support sustainable practice.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>The service is recruiting <b>Qualified, Experienced, and Advanced Social Workers</b> to join its <b>Assessment & Child Protection Team</b>.
