Oversee structural, cultural, and operational transformation across the organisation. Provide strategic leadership across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Manage governance, programme boards, reporting frameworks, and risk management processes. Engage and influence senior stakeholders including elected members, executives, partners, and external bodies. Ensure services are redesigned for efficiency, modernisation, and improved customer experience. Oversee budgets, resources, and overall programme performance.
