What You'll Be Doing:
* Own and grow relationships with Asda and Morrisons by managing full P&L, joint business planning, and commercial execution.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration among Category, Brand, Innovation, Supply, and Shopper Marketing teams.
* Identify and secure new opportunities through ranging, distribution, and innovation launches.
* Run tight, strategic day-to-day account management with no babysitting involved – this is your business to drive.
What You'll Need:
* Strong experience in Grocery account management at Senior NAM level or close.
* Commercial instincts and a retailer-first mindset are essential for success.
* A background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments is highly valued, especially those with SME experience.
* Great communication skills are required to influence internally and externally.
