About the role...
We have an exciting opportunity to join Thrive Barnsley as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and support the Complex Needs Supported Accommodation services. Working closely with the treatment service Barnsley Recovery Steps and other partners within Barnsley. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing services, working closely with dedicated teams to ensure service excellence. As a Project Manager, your background in Supported Housing and Complex Needs client group or related fields and your leadership skills will be invaluable in spearheading impactful initiatives and contributing to the betterment of individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and elevate the quality and effectiveness of your team's services in the field of substance misuse.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored action plans to support service users in their journey towards recovery, independent living, or sustainable employment.
3. Collaborate closely with senior management to strategize and execute projects aligned with our organisational objectives.
4. Identify and leverage opportunities for expanding services, in alignment with regional and area business plans.
5. Nurture, coach, and guide your team, fostering their professional growth and development.
6. Participate and support the Manager On-Call Rota for Supported Housing Services.
7. Partner with budget holders and Waythrough Finance Team to meet financial targets.
About you...
8. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Supported Housing Service and or substance misuse or a related social/health care field. Your expertise and understanding of these areas are vital to our mission.
9. While prior project management experience is a plus, it's not a strict requirement.
10. We are seeking individuals with strong leadership skills who can motivate and guide teams effectively.
11. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
