About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head of Supply Chain will oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory management across multiple global locations, including the UK, Singapore, the US, France and Australia.
The ideal candidate will have proven supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, with strong expertise in procurement, logistics and international trade. The role demands a hands-on pragmatist who is both operational and strategic, with a track record of implementing processes and systems, developing teams and driving change. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and link supply chain performance to overall business results.
Responsibilities
* Building and leading a high-performing team
* Implementing supplier diversification strategies to reduce risk
* Managing supplier relationships
* Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
* Driving continuous improvement in processes and systems, including ERP enhancements.
Required Skills
* Proven experience in supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment (ideally mid-sized or scaling businesses)
* Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, warehousing, and international trade
* Demonstrated ability to build and develop teams
* Track record of implementing new processes, systems, and KPls
* Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship skills
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to link the supply chain to business performance
* Proficient in ERP/MRP systems.
