Overview
Learning & Development Specialist (Recruitment) – The Recruitment Trainer role within the People Team, reporting to the Head of L&D. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Recruiter seeking a more supportive, development-focused position at CSG Talent.
The Role
* Global Onboarding for New Starters: Working with key stakeholders to ensure the best onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
* Training of New Starters: The first 6-8 weeks involve close collaboration with new hires to get them up and running.
* Delivering Continuous Company-wide Training: Continually assess and update training material to remain current and relevant; create updated content as required.
* As the Recruitment Partner you will also be responsible for managing, evaluating, and improving the technological tools and systems that support CSG Talent's Tech Stack; regularly assess platforms and technologies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
What You Bring to the Table
* A passion for people development and learning that sticks
* Experience within recruitment (executive search is preferable)
* Exposure to training programmes (especially onboarding)
* A collaborative, can-do mindset – you love making things better
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage people at all levels
* A curiosity for tech and systems that make work smarter, not harder
