The Role
As a Client Director, you will oversee major accounts, lead client engagements, and guide teams in delivering high-impact research. You will be responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on project execution, ensuring insights are translated into meaningful commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end research projects, from client briefing to final recommendations.
Manage and develop a team of Client Managers and analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Consult on brand strategy, identifying key insights that shape business decisions.
Provide leadership in crafting research methodologies, including survey design and data analysis.
