The candidate will be responsible for leading the UK wide Service Excellence Centre, delivering remote services to customers and internal teams. This role ensures the effective operation of the SEC, driving service quality, team performance and compliance.
* Responsible for co-ordination and collaboration with sales and regional site teams to develop and deliver a range of remote services and enhance effectiveness of site based work through proactive pre-visit diagnosis, including provision and management of remote connectivity
* Develop and share technical knowledge across the UK and wider group to enhance capabilities and engineering efficiency
* Manage the SEC team, managing attendance, sickness absence, handling conduct and performance issues
* Conduct monthlymeetings
* Ensure continuous development of the team
* Manage the development of trainees and apprentices
* Log call outs, schedule work, liaise with regional teams regarding site based work
* Approve engineer timesheets
* Financial management, responsibility for P & L
The successful candidate will have a background within BMS and/or HVAC and have managerial experience gained within a multi-site environment and possess strong IT skills including MS office with emphasis on Excel
