Working Hours: Full Time -Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual looking to develop your career in HR and Facilities. We are seeking an HR & Facilities Administrator to join our team, supporting both HR and Facilities functions to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe workplace.
This varied role offers the chance to get involved in HR projects, support the HR team with administrative tasks, and take ownership of facilities administration including health and safety, compliance, and supplier management.
HR Administration
Provide administrative support to the HR Director and wider HR team, handling confidential information with discretion.
Organise HR team events and manage invites.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives (e.g., Support company communications, including video creation for annual benefits enrolment.
Attend weekly calls with Accounts Payable, chase invoices, and ensure prompt payments.
Act as BRM (Business Relationship Manager) for HR suppliers as required.
Facilities Administration
Be the first point of contact for all facilities enquiries.
Assist with office moves, manage access cards, lockers, and occupancy statistics.
Coordinate office services (confidential shredding, fire extinguisher maintenance, licence renewals).
Maintain up-to-date facility documentation, raise POs, and assist with budgeting and insurance renewals.
Monitor the Facilities inbox and share office updates on Teams as needed.
Act as BRM for Facilities suppliers as required.
Previous experience in an administrative or facilities role.
Strong administration and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Minimum 5 GCSEs (A C in Maths & English) or equivalent.
Knowledge of Health & Safety and legislative requirements for office environments is desirable.
