As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide essential support to individuals in the community, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting well-being. Whether you're helping with personal care, companionship, or household tasks, you’ll be making a real difference every day.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (essential)
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for home visits)
* Previous experience in a care role
* A kind, patient, and respectful nature
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes
* Assist with tasks such as washing, dressing, medication, and meal preparation
* Offer emotional support and companionship to service users
* Promote independence and respect the individual choices of each person
* Work closely with families, team members, and managers to ensure consistent, person-centred care
* Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately
