Make a real difference in someone's life – one day at a time
We are seeking a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our team in Egham, providing dedicated care and companionship to vulnerable adults. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while working two days a week – Mondays and Thursdays.
You'll be supporting adults aged 18–65 living with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health challenges. This is a relationship-focused role, where building trust and offering emotional support is just as important as assisting with daily tasks.
Some individuals may require personal care, but the heart of this role is about empowering people to live fulfilling, independent lives.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and mobility
* Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
* Provide emotional and social support
* Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
* Engage in ongoing training and development
What We're Looking For
* Energetic, empathetic, and reliable
* Committed to equality and inclusion
* Experience in care or support is a bonus – but not essential.
* Most importantly, someone who's friendly, adaptable, and ready to get stuck in
* ESSENTIAL: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (for transporting service users)
* Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Why join us?
* 20% discount at our in-house café
* Casual dress
* Staff engagement initiatives & employee reward schemes – including the chance to win a free holiday
* Discounts at shops, restaurants, and more
* Small, supportive teams with dedicated managers
* Career progression opportunities
* All equipment and company mobile provided
* Most importantly – the job satisfaction of seeing the positive impact you make every day
If you're looking for a role that's more than "just a job" – one where you can use your skills, grow, and make a positive impact – we'd love to hear from you
