Overview
F/T Accounts Assistant required for a Maternity Cover based in Lisburn with an immediate start.
Duties
* Accounts Payable, processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, dealing with queries and processing payments.
* Accounts Receivable including credit control and issuing of invoices.
* Assisting with tax returns, VAT, PAYE.
* Bank Reconciliations, prepayments and accruals.
* Produce weekly and monthly reports
* To liaise with other departments
* Assist with day to day administrations tasks and any other duties as required.
Essential Criteria
* I.T proficient and experience with SAGE
* GCSE (or equivalent) English Language & Maths at Grade C or above
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Finance or similar field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Hours of Work
38 hrs per week: 8.30am -5.00 pm, Monday -Thursday & 8.30am-3.00 pm, Friday
Salary
Salary: £13.55 per hr
