We are looking for a
Managing Director
to
strategically lead our organisation
and also act as the
Responsible Individual
for our
2 Ofsted-registered children's homes
. This unique dual-role offers the opportunity to shape the culture, standards, and future of a high-quality therapeutic care provision.
About The Role
As Managing Director, you will:
* Lead the operational and commercial strategy for the business
* Drive growth, performance, and long-term sustainability
* Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team across multiple homes
* Represent the organisation externally, building relationships with local authorities, regulators, and strategic partners
As The Responsible Individual, You Will
* Be accountable to Ofsted for the quality and compliance of the homes
* Support and supervise Registered Managers to deliver safe, effective, and child-centred care
* Oversee safeguarding, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness
* Lead improvement plans and maintain alignment with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards
What We're Looking For
* A proven senior leader in children's residential care
* Must meet the criteria to be registered as a Responsible Individual with Ofsted
* In-depth knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding legislation, and sector best practice
* Commercially astute with a track record of delivering growth, operational excellence, and outcomes for children
* A child-first mindset with unwavering integrity and professionalism
