Our client, a prominent player in the IT sector, is seeking a skilled Functional UK Payroll Consultant to join their team. This role involves leading and supporting payroll implementation for an existing retail sector client, starting immediately on a 10-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support payroll implementation activities for a retail client.
* Conduct design workshops to gather payroll requirements.
* Configure Oracle Cloud HCM, including UK Payroll, Fast Formula, and payroll process flows.
* Provide insights for absence management configurations.
* Utilise OTBI reporting and SQL for payroll data analysis.
* Manage payroll integrations effectively.
* Maintain understanding of UK payroll practices, tax laws, and regulations.
* Collaborate with clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
Job Requirements:
* Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, especially UK Payroll.
* Proficient in Fast Formula, element design, and payroll processes.
* Knowledge of OTBI reporting, SQL, and payroll integrations is preferred.
* Strong understanding of UK payroll laws and tax regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
