What the Job Involves This role is focused on the daily management of a team of Social Workers and other professionals to meet statutory and legislative requirements. You will be at the forefront of delivering and promoting Sefton's child care policies, ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families, and utilizing multi-disciplinary resources for cost-effective services. You are expected to manage your team effectively, embedding the Council’s values and working cooperatively with other teams and partners for optimal results.
