The Role From day one, paralegals are trusted with meaningful legal tasks such as: Drafting and reviewing property documents Supporting commercial transactions and title due diligence Handling post-completion work like SDLT, Land Registry, and Companies House filings Communicating directly with clients, agents, and opposing counsel As well as this, you will be offered a qualification route in the future alongside your colleagues. About You If you're a recent graduate with a strong academic record and a clear interest in commercial property law, then this is a great next step in your legal career.
