Role Description
The full-time Trust and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for trusts
and foundations, legacies, major donors and corporate income streams - having personal responsibility for trusts.
Working to an annual budget, they manage a senior fundraising officer (legacy) and fundraiding ofgicer (corporate).
The role involves researching funding opportunities, creating cases for support, writing successful funding applications, preparing reports for donors- and adapting this approach to grow corporate and major donor income.
Qualifications
Proven track record of acheiving trust and foundation budgets if £500,000+
Experience in Major donor and/or Corporate fundraising benefitial
* skills in creating cases for support
* Proven ability in securing grants of 5+ figures and multi year grants
* Good data analysis to identify and secure fundraising opportunities
Proficiency in Relationship Management, Donor Engagement, and Stakeholder Communication
* Confident in speaking with funders who can give significant donations - trusts, legators and major donors
* Experience in Project Management and performance reporting
* Excellent written and verbal communications
* Excellent line manager-able to inspire and guide colleagues
