A leading construction firm is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join its Belfast-based team as a Building Services Manager. Whether you're looking to take the next step in your career or bring your existing skills to a new challenge, this role offers the chance to contribute to major, multi-million-pound projects-all delivered locally, with no travel required.
Your new role
* Lead MEP services across all project phases - from design to handover.
* Manage cost control, change processes, and compliance with Building Control.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
* Mentor junior staff and support knowledge sharing across teams.
* Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, including 3+ years in a senior role.
* Candidates with a background in MEP Contracts Management are encouraged to apply.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fire, security, and control systems.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in building operations is desirable but not essential.
