As an L&D Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of our learning strategy. This role will assist in the organisation and facilitation of various programmes aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and expertise of employees. This role can be based in our Birmingham, Leeds, or Manchester city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle. There will be regular travel and overnight stays between our offices to deliver training.


Role and Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and delivery of structured learning pathways for experienced staff, focusing on behavioural development.
2. Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted development interventions.
3. Monitor programme effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and business impact metrics.
4. Continuously refine learning offerings based on learner feedback, business needs, and external benchmarking.
5. Implement blended learning approaches, working with team members to produce e-learning content.
6. Work closely with team administrators to ensure effective utilisation of the LMS.
7. Support the technical training team by providing behavioural training that complements technical learning pathways.
8. Demonstrate strong learning design & delivery skills.
9. Maintain high proficiency with MS Office and LMS tools.
10. Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
11. Show a proactive and can-do attitude towards work.
12. Relevant qualification in Learning or Coaching is desirable.
13. Experience working in professional services is desirable.
