We are looking for a manager who possesses high-quality consulting skills and a record of delivering outstanding results when leading complex consulting projects focused on delivering technology-enabled change activities on National Security engagements. Due to the nature of the work, it is essential for applicants to hold current 'National Security Vetting’ aligned to a National Security organization.
What will you be doing?
* Supporting large-scale transformation in the National Security market to deliver a number of existing and upcoming opportunities.
* Helping KPMG develop robust problem-solving methodologies, structuring and reviewing complex analysis, and delivering clear and effective deliverables.
* Interacting regularly with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers within KPMG to source insight and expertise and to provide progress updates.
* Supporting interactions with members of the client’s leadership team. Developing strong client relationships across diverse backgrounds and seniority levels, including senior leaders, will be crucial.
* Contributing to the planning and delivery of engagements, including work plans, timelines, project management, and resource allocations.
What will you need to do it?
* Experience of working on complex consulting projects, including business or operating model change, strategy development, strategic cost efficiency and management, investment decision support, or development of business cases and business plans.
* A good understanding of consulting problem-solving methodologies and their application to Defence sector challenges.
* Strong consulting skillsets including qualitative and quantitative analysis, storyboarding, report and slide creation, impactful presenting, team management, influencing, and relationship-building.
Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:
* Experience within a ‘Big 4’ consultancy or mid-tier firm.
