A leading patent practice with a strong national presence is looking to recruit a Part-Qualified Chemistry Patent Attorney to join its growing team in Manchester. Your role will involve:

* Drafting and prosecuting UK, EP and international patent applications
* Working closely with senior attorneys on complex chemical and life sciences inventions
* Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Advising clients on patentability, infringement and freedom-to-operate issues
* Supporting trainees and junior colleagues where appropriate

About You

1. Part-qualified UK and/or European Patent Attorney
2. Strong academic background in Chemistry or a closely related discipline
3. Currently working in private practice or an in-house IP team
