1. Support and inspire our volunteers – ensuring they feel valued, equipped, and empowered to make a difference
2. Design tools, processes, and training programmes to enhance the volunteer experience
3. Work hand-in-hand with our Waste Services teams, promoting clean streets, recycling, and waste reduction across Nottingham
4. Lead community engagement efforts that truly leave a mark on our environment and our people

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
5. Experience of best practice in volunteer management and/or community engagement
6. Experience of the design of tools and resources to effectively engage volunteers and/or community supporters
7. Experience of partnership working with colleagues and diverse communities. Building relationships and engaging at all levels.
8. Ability to develop and deliver innovative engagement with communities and volunteers
9. Ability to develop and implement processes, including online reporting tools enable quick responses, data collection and analysis
