* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
* Design advanced chemistry problems to challenge and evaluate AI performance across areas like chemical engineering, biochemistry, thermodynamics, and more
* Develop detailed, step-by-step solutions with rigorous scientific reasoning
* Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
* Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry topics
* Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model performance
Who You Are
* Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
* Strong problem-solving skills and deep understanding of advanced chemistry concepts
* Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and concisely in writing
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
* No prior AI experience required — we'll provide everything you need to get started
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
* Familiarity with AI tools or language model outputs
* Background spanning multiple chemistry disciplines
