Lincolnshire County Councils Design Services Team is offering two career-grade opportunities for both Engineers and Technicians. Applicants at any career level, from entry to experienced, are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
* Scheme assessment and selection
* Drainage investigations
* Development of policy, procedures and guidance notes
* Providing technical support for complex issues
* Managing highway pumping stations
* Collaborating with other Regional Management Areas (RMAs) to solve issues
Hybrid Working and Travel
Work is hybrid, with a typical week requiring presence at Lancaster House, Lincoln, for two days, with the possibility of additional days when service needs dictate. Travel around the county for service needs is essential.

* Engineer – £39,152 – £42,839
* Assistant Engineer – £35,412 – £39,152
* Senior Technician – £32,579 – £35,412
* Technician – £27,254 – £30,024
Qualifications
Fluency Duty: The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
