What you'll be doing
Leading discovery activities like user interviews, competitor reviews, and research.
Running customer-facing workshops to uncover insights and spark ideas.
Turning findings into user journeys, wireframes, and high-quality interfaces.
Building a design system from scratch that will scale across multiple products.
Presenting design ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
Partnering with developers to ensure designs are delivered seamlessly.
What we're looking for
Around 3–5+ years' experience in product or digital design.
Strong grounding in design thinking and UX research.
Confidence in facilitating customer workshops and engaging directly with stakeholders.
Skilled at creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UIs, and scalable design systems.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Deep familiarity with Figma.
