Earnings and progression We offer a competitive salary of £29,000, with an additional £3,000 available through performance‑related bonus, giving on‑target earnings of £32,000. Working pattern This is a full‑time role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm, with Saturday mornings on a 1‑in‑4 rota (8.30am–12.30pm). About the MOT Tester role As an MOT Tester, you’ll be responsible for carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations, ensuring all vehicles meet legal and safety standards. You’ll work closely with the workshop team to maintain efficiency while upholding the highest levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a detail-focused professional who values precision, compliance and delivering excellent service.
