This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, independent Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy delivering high end private residential and housing projects across the Southwest and Midlands.
With a strong pipeline of newly secured projects spanning the next 3 to 5 years, the business is entering a sustained period of growth. As a result, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor who will play a key role in delivering these schemes while benefiting from structured progression and Chartership support.
In this role, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from budget cost planning and Bills of Quantities production, through procurement and contractor negotiation, to site visits, valuations, variations and final accounts. The position is highly client facing and offers real autonomy and responsibility.
With that, the ideal candidate will have PQS experience, strong JCT contract knowledge and a proactive, personable approach suited to a consultancy environment.

The Role:
Full pre- and post-contract cost management
Budget planning and production of Bills of Quantities
Tender review and contractor negotiation
Valuations, variations and cost reporting
Client-facing role across private residential projects
The Person:
Quantity Surveying experience essential
Strong JCT contract knowledge
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
Full UK driving licence
Confident, sociable and professional
