Are you someone who naturally spots performance trends early, takes ownership, and acts quickly to optimise yield, margin, and sales across a complex portfolio? Job Description:


In this role, you will take ownership of trading performance across a portfolio of products, using data and insight to drive commercial decisions and maximise results. You will work closely with internal teams to manage pricing, availability and performance on a day-to-day basis.


* Manage daily performance across tours, tracking sales, margin and demand
* Identify risks and opportunities, taking action to improve results
* Adjust pricing and offers to optimise revenue and profitability
* Support marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are commercially viable
* Contribute to trading meetings with clear, data-led insights
* Act as a key contact for sales queries, providing quick commercial decisions
* Work with product teams to manage availability in line with demand
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform actions
* Analyse performance data to support ongoing improvements
* Drive efficiencies through better use of tools, data and processes









Experience Required:


* Strong background in commercial or revenue-focused roles within travel
* Confident analysing detailed performance data across multiple products
* Experience making pricing and yield decisions on capacity-driven offerings
* Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to BI or pricing tools advantageous
* Comfortable managing stakeholders and handling escalations effectively
* Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on improvement
* Detail-oriented with a strong commercial mindset
* Confident decision-maker, accountable for outcomes
* Clear communicator, able to challenge and prioritise under pressure
