Wotton House International School currently has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Partner to join our forward-thinking team. Job Overview

As a Teaching Partner, you will:

1. Assist with the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging lesson content, both for the whole class and individual students.
2. Prepare and create resources to support differentiated learning activities.
3. Provide pastoral support to ensure students feel safe, included, and ready to learn.
4. Work closely with teaching staff to evaluate student progress and adapt provision to meet the diverse needs of our learners, including those with SEN.
5. Support 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping students to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

Job Requirements

11. A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths.
12. A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential – we provide training and development for the right candidate.
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff.
14. Empathy and understanding of the diverse needs of students and teachers.
15. The ability to work confidently 1:1 and manage small group interactions effectively.
16. High emotional intelligence and a willingness to learn and adapt as part of your daily duties.
