Consultant – Markets Financial Crimes Risk (11-Month Contract)
Belfast | Hybrid
£470/day (Umbrella)
We're seeking an experienced Financial Crime professional on behalf of a leading investment bank in Belfast. The role sits within the First Line of Defense, supporting risk management across AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery within the Markets business.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare governance and senior management reporting (PowerPoint-focused).
* Track and report on risks, control issues, KPIs, and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
* Support AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery projects through analysis and stakeholder engagement.
* Assist with risk and control assessments and remediation activities.
Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in risk, compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
* Strong knowledge of AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery risk frameworks.
* Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
