FABRICATION SUPERVISOR RUGBY, CV21 PERMANENT POSITION 8.00AM - 4.30PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY UP TO £20.00PH We are currently recruiting for a skilled Fabrication Supervisor for one of our clients based in Rugby. What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing daily operations of the fabrication department Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of skilled fabricators and welders Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised workspace Collaborating with production planners to meet delivery deadlines What We're Looking For: Proven experience in fabrication and supervisory roles Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and use of fabrication tools Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues Excellent communication and time-management abilities What's in it for you: Permanent position Opportunities for career development and training Immediate start How to apply: If you feel that you have the skills / experience, please apply and Nicole will process your application.
