ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
* Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and signs of infections, and escalating risks promptly.
* Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practicing safe systems of work across all tasks.
