You have a passion for People? KONE is searching for a dynamic and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our business leaders to craft and implement strategies that align seamlessly with KONE's objectives. Specifically, you will oversee our central business lines, including our major projects division, and support functions based throughout the UK. The role reports directly to the People & Communications Director for the UK, Ireland and The Netherlands. You will also be a member of the HR management team. This role can be based either in London (Chertsey or Clapham) or Keighley.
Responsibilities:
1. Business partnering: Understand and translate business objectives into people and communications priorities. Advise and coach business leaders and actively contribute to management team discussions.
2. Strategy deployment: Drive the people and communications agenda aligning with KONE's strategic direction and fostering a great workplace culture.
3. Employee Engagement: Lead the engagement agenda, manage engagement surveys, and support managers in enhancing employee engagement.
4. Culture, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity: Develop and execute initiatives to promote KONE's culture and advance diversity, inclusion, and equity.
5. Collaborate with Communications CoE to ensure impactful internal and external communications.
6. Workforce planning: Analyze and forecast workforce and labour cost development needs, develop approaches to meet them, and support related actions.
7. Organization development and capability building: Support strategic direction through organization design, change management and organizational changes.
8. Employment lifecycle consultation: Guide the business in employment and labour law matters and ensure compliance.
9. Wellbeing: Advice on wellbeing strategies and drive improvement initiatives.
10. Business partnering for annual HR processes: Collaborate with our HR centres of expertise to ensure smooth delivery of processes and focus on outcomes.
11. Competence development: partner with learning and development colleagues to ensure employees have the skills to meet current and future business needs.
12. Ensure the organization complies with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards.

13. Proven experience as a People/HR Business Partner in a multicultural and multinational business environment, ideally with a strong manufacturing and supply chain background
14. Excellent influencing and communication skills
15. Diverse experience in coaching and developing talent, teams, and business leaders
16. Matrix working experience in a cross-border organization
17. Business acumen and a commercial mindset
18. Industrial relations and workplace relations experience
19. Knowledge of People & Communications regulations and legislation
20. Ability to support businesses in budgeting
21. Flexibility to travel
