About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to expand our footprint across the UK and Netherlands. This is a senior, hunter-focused role responsible for driving new logo acquisition and building long-term customer relationships within large enterprise organizations. You will work both directly with end users and through channel partners to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in the assigned region.
* Own the sales process from prospecting to close, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
* Engage effectively with C-level executives, understanding their business priorities and aligning solutions to strategic objectives.
* Develop a deep understanding of the company’s network security and policy automation solutions to deliver compelling value propositions to enterprise customers.
* Present confidently to executive-level audiences in a consultative, value-driven manner.
* Collaborate across internal teams including technical, marketing, and partner organisations to maximise growth potential.
* Meet and exceed short-term revenue goals while developing sustainable long-term business growth.
* Represent the company at key industry events, tradeshows, and forums.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions at senior management or executive levels within the UK and Netherlands.
* Proven track record selling networking, cybersecurity, or enterprise software solutions to large enterprise customers.
* Established network of senior contacts within major enterprise accounts.
* Demonstrated success in hunter-focused roles — a self-starter and strong closer with measurable results.
* Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and procurement processes.
* Proficiency with sales forecasting and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Oracle.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to travel within the region, including occasional overnight stays.
