WGUK is a leading provider of high-quality solutions for the construction industry. We are seeking a motivated and results-orientedPart-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisorto support our business development efforts. This role will focus onidentifying new business opportunities, re-engaging past customers, and strengthening customer relationshipsto drive long-term growth.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key role inexpanding our customer basethrough proactive engagement with potential and existing clients. Using phone, email, and digital tools, you will identify new sales opportunities, reactivate previous customers, and provide support to our field sales team. This is anoffice-based position, offering flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development– Utilize company databases, including Glenigan, toidentify potential clients, initiate contact, and introduce WGUK’s products and services.
Customer Re-Engagement– Proactively reach out to past customers to explore opportunities for renewed collaboration.
Sales Support & Customer Relations– Maintain strong relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
CRM & Data Management– Accurately record customer interactions, track engagement trends, and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
Administrative & Office Support– Assist with order processing, documentation, and providing occasional support to the office team when required.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background insales, customer service, or business development, with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting professional relationships.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience– Preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or telesales environment.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills– Ability to engage professionally with clients, present information clearly, and handle inquiries with confidence.
Proactive & Target-Oriented Approach– A motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM & Office Applications– Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong Organizational & Data Management Skills– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate customer records.
