Fixed-Term (2 Year) Design Engineer - KTP Associate
£32,597 to £36,363 per annum.
The postholder will lead the delivery of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project between Grove Mechanical and North West Regional College (NWRC). The postholder will develop and embed an advanced workflow to enhance Grove Mechanical's digital delivery capability. The role will focus on transforming how site data is captured, analysed and integrated into structured BIM and Digital Twin environments to improve coordination, decision-making, installation planning and commercial competitiveness. The role will contribute to Grove Mechanical's strategic digital development, including preparation for ISO 19650-aligned BIM accreditation and the structured implementation of information management processes.

* Salary: £32,597 to £36,363 per annum
* Duration: Fixed-Term (2 years)
* Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Annual leave: 20 days per annum
