Boyds Grill & Wine Bar is looking for a Duty Manager to join a growing team passionate about British ingredients, fine wine and delivering a memorable guest experience in our stunning Central London restaurant with a historic Victorian interior.
The main purpose of this role will be to work independently and collaboratively with fellow duty managers, reporting into the Restaurant General manager. To lead from the front, whilst mentoring junior team members, to deliver a fantastic guest experience, from first contact to last
You already have:
· + 2 years’ experience at supervisor level
· + 2 years floor experience
· + 1 year Bar experience
· Passion for hospitality
· Ability to be a role model
· Flexibility around working hours
You will be:
· Creating and managing Rota’s
· Managing service from top to bottom
· Ensuring the team always deliver the highest possible levels of customer service
· Overseeing stock levels and stock takes
· Maintaining health and safety standards
· Ongoing training and management of team members
