We are looking for 2 Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our team. The role is full time, permanent, working on average 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their Food and Beverage career who really wants to get their teeth stuck into a fast paced and fun job in a spectacular location. You will be key to the success of our popular Food and Beverage offer at Dover Castle.
As Dover Castle Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Food and Beverage Manager in leading the team to deliver excellent customer service and to drive income at a top 5 English Heritage site.
You will oversee one of the Food and Beverage outlets, supervising the team, motivating them to deliver targets while supporting Health and Safety Compliance, as well as deputising for the Food and Beverage Manager when necessary.
To be considered for this role you'll need to be an excellent communicator, committed to personal development, with a can do attitude. You will be comfortable with using basic technology such as tills and will have experience working in a fast paced Food and Beverage setting.
