FLT Driver (Temp to Perm)
Location: StroudPay Rate:£14.00 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pmContract Type:TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Stroud. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent hours in a fast-paced environment, with the potential to secure a permanent role following a successful temporary period.
You will play a key role in ensuring goods are moved safely and efficiently, supporting the wider team in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance and/or Reach) in a safe and efficient manner
* Loading and unloading goods from deliveries
* Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and yard areas
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
* Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
* Valid and in-date FLT licence (Counterbalance)
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
What's on Offer:

* Consistent Monday to Friday working hours (7:00am - 3:30pm)
