About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to join our results driven IT team in Aberdeen.
This is a hands-on role within a cross-functional team responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure across the organisation.
You will manage a range of technologies including servers, networking, storage, telephony, and client hardware, while ensuring security compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, backups, storage, and telephony
Ensure security compliance through patching, scanning, inventory management, and system hardening
Provide technical support and troubleshooting across the organisation
Maintain accurate documentation and configuration records
Participate in IT projects, continuity planning, and out-of-hours support on a rotational basis
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality IT services.
What We re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Degree in an IT-related subject or equivalent professional experience
Full UK driving licence
Clearly demonstrable experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
