JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the development and execution of compensation and benefits policies and procedures globally. Support the annual salary review and discretionary bonus preparation process. Collaborate with local HR teams to design and review incentive plans and reward programs tailored for each market. Conduct Total Rewards analysis, including salary benchmarking and benefits practices. Prepare and present salary and benefits package proposals for new business opportunities and tenders. Act as a liaison between HQ HR and regional offices on HR-related issues, identifying challenges and proposing solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance pay and benefits competitiveness. Contribute to the design and execution of Total Rewards strategies encompassing compensation, benefits, and recognition. Provide guidance on compensation offers, salary adjustments, promotions, and mobility considerations. Conduct market research to share insights on salary trends, inflation, and competitive practices with senior management. Manage ad hoc projects as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a sizable organization. Well versed in regulatory practices, possesses knowledge in foreign employment market and current legislations will be highly preferred. Strong analytical skills and detail minded with high sensitivity to numbers and details. Good people management skills and ability in building multi-cultural relationships with local and foreign teams. Proactive, enthusiastic and positive thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of working independently under pressure and good time management. Proficiency in MS Office applications, and advanced level Microsoft Excel would be advantageous. Good command of spoken and written English.
